Timing: 90 days

To be eligible for a refund, you must return unwanted items within 90 days from your original date of purchase. You can return items after 90 days but you will be refunded with store credit only.

Products not eligible for return to Men’s Wearhouse

You cannot return or exchange Final Sale items. Custom orders may have their own return policy requirements.

All items must be in new condition. If they’re worn or used, the return may be denied.

Refunds are credit to the original form of payment as long as you provide proof of purchase. For store-bought items, your proof of purchase is the original receipt. For items you bought online, the proof of purchase is the packing slip.

Return shipping is free

You can send your unwanted items to the Men’s Wearhouse return center for free. To process a return by mail, print a shipping label here. Your return should take 10 days or less to process.

Men’s Wearhouse does have an exchange process. You can take the item to a store or request an exchange here. If the exchange item isn’t available, Men’s Wearhouse refunds the purchase to the original form of payment.

Method of return: In-store vs. mail

You can send online and store-bought order back orders via mail or take them to your nearest Men’s Wearhouse store. The only exception is if you ordered tailored pants and the alterations were not done correctly. In that case, return the item by mail and include your measurements on the packing slip.
