For years, I purchased St. John clothing from stores like Norstrom and Neiman Marcus. Recently, I purchased a suit from an St. John outlet store in Aurora and after I got home I realize the jacket didn’t fit right so I took it back and was able to receive my money back, only a store I was so disappointed because I wasn’t aware of the return policy it wasn’t posted nor did anyone inform me of it when I purchase the suit. When i ask why wasn’t informed I was told it on the receipt I ask my saleperson why didn’t she tell me and she lied and say she did. I was shock and apalled. St. John will never get another dime of mine.
