The webster at target: Little shops make it to the big league

As much as we like huge shopping malls, we can’t help but miss the excitement of checking out charming little specialty shops in town and buying stuff that not every other person in the neighborhood already owns.

That’s why we have to give props to Target for bringing us The Shops at Target, which finds Target partnering directly with shop owners of specialty stores and local boutiques to co-create affordable, limited-edition collections for shoppers everywhere.

Among the stores first up on the spotlight is The Webster, a clothing and accessories shop that exude everything that makes Miami a tropical paradise: banana leaf prints, breezy beach deco-art and more. And at the price range of $7.99 to $49.99, we’re sure you won’t resist their fun, fab pieces!

The Webster at Target collection will be available May 6, 2012 at all Target stores and Target.com.
