Fashion Advice: Budget Rain Boots

Dear Budget Fashionista,

I live in Portland, OR and it rains here…. ALOT… I desperately need a pair of stylish Rain Boots, but I don’t want to spend over $50. Any suggestions?

Answer: $50 for a pair of Rain Boots? Girl….

Thanks to Target, there’s absolutely no reason to pay more than $20 for a pair of Rain Boots. You can even find Rain Boots “inspired” by the infamous Burberry Rain Boots.  My only gripe is that few are available in sizes 11 and up.
