Sephora’s Return Policy: Visit any Sephora store and return your purchase within 60 days of purchase. Only unused item in its original condition and original packaging may be returned.
Sephora: Online Return Policy
Returns for any unused Sephora.com products are accepted within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. Returns must have original packaging and may be sent by mail or at any Sephora store. Return shipping and handling fees are free to customers. Full refund will be given if your return is received within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. After the 60 days have passed, you will receive your refund in the form of an online store credit to your account. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product. If you are returning a gift, they will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of an online store credit. When you return at a Sephora store ensure that you bring the enclosed Packing Slip and Merchandise Return Form that was included in the original package along with the item that you wish to return.
