How to Return an Item to New York & Company

New York & Company’s Return Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your New York & Company in-store purchase, simply return it within 60 days of the order date. A current valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license, state-issued non-driver’s ID, or military ID) is required for all in-store returns and will be recorded at the time of the return. When you present your receipt in store, New York & Company will issue a cash refund or charge credit, depending on how you paid for the original purchase. For merchandise paid for by check New York & Company may require a 10 business-day waiting period from the date of the original purchase prior to processing returns. For merchandise paid for by Gift Card, your refund will be credited back to the original Gift Card. If the original Gift Card has been discarded, a new Gift Card will be issued and the return amount will be credited. If you do not have a receipt, they will give you a merchandise credit for the returned items at the lowest known selling price. Merchandise purchased at New York & Company Outlet stores may only be returned to New York & Company Outlet stores. They reserve the right to limit the number of returns per customer at any time, with or without a receipt, and they reserve the right to refuse returns of sale items designated as “final”.

New York and Company: Online Return Policy purchase may be returned within 60 days of the order date. Merchandise can be returned through mail in the original package if possible and be sure to include the invoice. Items may be returned by mail or to New York & Company Stores. Just bring the package invoice, the items(s) to return or exchange, a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the original purchase to any New York & Company store. The package invoice will serve as your receipt. Without the invoice, you will be credited the lowest selling price of the item. For returns, you will be issued a merchandise credit in the amount of the lowest selling price of the item.

    I bought 2 shirts at a store,can I return them through the mail? Because I won’t be back to any store in the near future?
