How to Return An Item to Ann Taylor Loft

Ann Taylor Loft’s Return Policy: Unworn, unwashed merchandise with an official receipt and tags attached may be returned within 60 days of the purchase for the price paid either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange. If more than 60 days after the purchase, items will be credited for the item’s current selling price either in the form of a merchandise credit* or as a merchandise exchange. Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.

Ann Taylor: Online Return Policy
They will gladly accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed merchandise with complete tags and packaging by mail or at any LOFT location with the exception of select merchandise. Purchases made online cannot be returned or exchanged at Ann Taylor stores, Ann Taylor Factory stores or LOFT outlet stores. Returns accompanied by the original receipt within 60 days of the date of purchase will be credited for the price paid either in the original form of payment or a merchandise exchange. Returns without receipt or if accompanied by the original receipt but more than 60 days after the date of purchase will be credited for the current selling price either in the form of a merchandise credit* or a merchandise exchange. Purchases of reduced price merchandise that have the words ‘Final Sale’ in the description, and/or a .44 or .88 price ending, are deemed Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

I love their products but the online & return exchange experience that I had was unsatisfactory. I returned two pairs of pants at the end of October to exchange for a smaller size. A month later I hadn't heard anything. I exchanged emails with customer service and was told that the merchandise was received and would be credited within 21 days of receipt. The 21 days had passed and no word of return or exchange. Then I demanded a credit from LOFT. I heard nothing and printed out all my emails with customer service and wrote a letter to the senior director of client contact at LOFT. On Dec. 6th, I hadn't heard from her so I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. On December 8th I finally got a credit on my credit card. The senior director of client contact at LOFT called and left me a message and said that I should take up the matter with my credit card company. I called her back and told her that I had gotten a credit back BECAUSE of my credit card company and that I would never shop at Ann Taylor or LOFT again.

I received a pair of beautiful wool slacks (price 89.00) for last Christmas. I don't have the receipt. They still have the tags and have never been worn. Can they be returned?

Marie- you would need to check with Ann Taylor, but for most stores it 's any where from 3 to 10 business days

I bought a pair of sandals at Ann Taylor loft a few days ago. That same day, I tried to unfasten the buckle and it snapped completely. Will they repair or replace items? The shoes are really cute, but completely unwearable after the first day!
