How to Return to an Item to Lane Bryant

Lane Bryant’s Return Policy: To return purchases made at your local Lane Bryant store, items must be returned with an original receipt, and within 60 days of the original date of purchase, Lane Bryant will provide an exchange or full refund in the original form of payment. After 60 days of the original date of purchase, Lane Bryant will provide an exchange or merchandise credit for the lowest selling price. Without an original receipt, Lane Bryant will provide an exchange or merchandise credit for the lowest selling price. A valid driver’s license, military ID or permanent state-issued ID is required for all returns, cash refunds and forms of payment. Lane Bryant reserves the right to refuse returns of items that appear to have been worn, are not in good condition, are without tags or are no longer carried in stock. Lane Bryant may limit returns if they believe a customer is abusing their return policy. All exchanges and returns of Lane Bryant Outlet purchases must be made at a Lane Bryant Outlet Store location. Lane Bryant Outlet does not process returns or exchanges of purchases made at Lane Bryant retail stores or lanebryant.com/cacique.com.

Lane Bryant: Online Return Policy
Purchases on lanebryant.com, cacique.com and phone orders can be returned via mail or at any Lane Bryant Store. The packing slip serves as the receipt for online purchases. Enclose the unwashed, unworn merchandise with tags attached along with the return slip. Merchandise returned within 60 days of purchase will be refunded to the credit card used to place the order. If you return an item purchased as part of a multiple discount (such as buy 1, select 1 for 50% off), your credit will be equal to the prediscount price minus a portion of the discount you received as a result of receiving a multiple discount, not the prediscount price of the single item. Merchandise purchased from Lane Bryant may be returned to any Lane Bryant store, but not to Fashion Bug Catherines, or Lane Bryant Outlet stores.

    Returns would be much easier to make if a prepaid sticker was supplied and then you deduct that amount from the amount to be refunded.. I probably won’t order from you since I have to go to the post office to mail back, in case something doesn’t work. Too inconvenient….most every company I deal with does this.
    Please reconsider and start this with your company

    I was told in one store i could return my underware anywhere.. when i went to millbury ma store they denied me even though i had tags and never worn. Rude awful people i will never go back
