Perk up Nails (and Mood) with the Spring 2014 OPI Brazil Collection

After too many days of waking up to 5-below temps (I live in New Hampshire), I’m ready for spring.  That’s why I love the OPI 2014 Spring Brazil Nail Lacquer Collection.  It’s the perfect way to perk up nails (and mood), so I can usher in spring, even when I’m still seeing snowmobiles everywhere.

This is why I need . . .

This is why I need . . .

The collection has been dubbed a “carnival of color” and for good reason.  The OPI Brazil Collection perks up nails with shades that are just as playful as their names.  I mean, who can resist fun names like “Where did Suzi’s Man-go,” that capture the supercharged-spirit of Brazil?

I got the scoop about the Spring OPI Brazil Collection from Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI Co-Founder & Executive VP.  She says, “I wanted women around the world to embrace the energy and playfulness for which Brazilian women are known.  Through the Brazil collection, with shades drenched in color and charged with shine, women can express themselves, showing off their sexy, mysterious, fun and exciting natures.”  I love this woman!  Her words are just the kick in the tush I needed to put my deep reds aside and break out their very yellow “I Just Can’t Cope-acabana.”

. . . this. Bring on the nail cheer!

. . . this.  Bring on the nail cheer!

Forget daffodils, the first signs of spring are already here thanks to this bright and cheerful collection.  Get ready to seriously perk up nails, ladies.

Must-Have Shades from the Spring 2014 OPI Brazil Collection

Here are a few shades I picked from their collection.  There are 12 total in addition to a set of four limited edition shades, but these are my faves, all $9 from ULTA.
