Stay young at heart by laughing and enjoying more and stressing less. I used to joke that I had an old soul when I was younger, but now that I am older I find myself wanting to do some of the things I thought I was too old at heart to do. I still do not have everything figured out in my life, but that is what being young at heart is and I am okay with that!

To stay young at heart is to be able to find laughter everyday even if it is at yourself. Example would be while at work a coworker asking if the pockets on your pants should be in the front and you look down and your pants are on backward. Better yet you are in a meeting in the afternoon, you cross your legs and you notice that you have on two different shoes. you then remember that while walking thru the parking garage that morning that your footfalls sounded different when hitting the concrete. That my friends help me keep young at heart.

My top tip for staying young at heart is to exercise at least 4 times a week. When you are in good shape it makes you feel so much better.
