Beauty Kitchen collagen eye gels are a 10-minute anti-aging treatment for the area beneath your eyes. They’re designed to improve tone, reduce puffiness and minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Shown above is Beauty Kitchen’s Rainbow Pride Collagen Eye Gel Collection—six different eye gels sold as a colorful set for $24.50:
Aloe and Rose
The skin-boosting ingredients in these little guys include plant collagen, aloe vera leaf gel, lavender oil, green tea extract, hyaluronic acid, algae extract and Vitamin C.
For most of us, the under-eye area is a big, old tattletale. Spend one night out too late, have one too many cocktails or salty appetizers, and those puffy eyes are a dead giveaway.
Not that there’s anything wrong with having a little fun in your downtime. But when you do partake, it’s nice to have a 10-minute beauty boost on hand to minimize the after effects. Pop on a green tea collagen eye gel, sip your morning coffee and you’ll be practically good as new.
Celebs, KK and Lady Gaga included, love their collagen eye gels, and I’m guessing this is why.
Here’s what I love about this Beauty Kitchen collection. These formulations smell amazing, especially the Aloe & Rose. They also feel cool and refreshing on the skin, and stay put until you take them off. In truth, I did knock one off when I pulled a top over my head—but had no troubles while drying my hair, folding laundry, making coffee or emptying the dishwasher. (Yep, I put these gels through the ringer.)
And, these eye gels do freshen up the face. I wouldn’t say my fine lines and wrinkles were impacted all that much, but my eyes were definitely less puffy and felt more moisturized after using the gels.
The collection also makes for a fabulous holiday, Coming Out Day or LGBT History Month gift. It’s fun, functional and affordable—a win/win for you and your giftee.
