Boy Meets Girl/Urban Outfitters Breast Cancer Tote

What: In 2008, Boy Meets Girl and Urban Outfitters collaborated for a tote bag to raise funds for the Young Survival Coalition (YSC), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support and education to young women with breast cancer. Today, the canvas bag has been updated as a dedication to Urban Outfitters community member Kristen Martinez, who lost her battle with breast cancer after a five year fight. Kristen is the one who collaborated with Boy Meets Girl® creative director Stacy Igel to create the original Boy Meets Girl® Breast Cancer Tote.

The canvas bag sells for $18 at Urban Outfitters and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Young Survival Coalition.

What We Say: It’s a super adorable bag for 18 bucks, and a full 100% of the proceeds are donated to the Young Survival Coalition? What can we say other than it’s a win/win for all involved. If you like it, get it now, and feel good about yourself every time you carry it.
