I never thought in a gazillion years I’d say this but here goes… I need this Miley Cyrus outfit. I’m obsessed! I’ve never really been able to relate to any of the pop princess’ sartorial choices as I tend to lean towards a long black dress vs. a leather bikini top to wear on my birthday. I’m also not entirely comfortablewithout my pants on, but fringe, animal print and flares – bring it on! To keep this more age- and eye-sore-appropriate, I’m going for a little more coverage and opting for high-waisted jeans. Keep reading to get the rest of the look.
