What: Up next in the Payless designer collaboration series is a new collection by Colombian designer Silvia Tcherassi.

Kathryn Says: I’m in love with Payless right now. I LOVE that the brand is partnering with truly talented shoe designers (instead of whatever celebrity happens to be “in” right now). I Love, Love, Love the funky, eclectic Isabella Toledo line for Payless and, based on the photos, I’m excited about this line by Silvia Tcherassi.
