The Lowdown: Discounted designer apparel on clearance (or, as Bluefly likes to call it, “reduced sale”) always grabs our attention, but we’re not going to buy designer just because it’s there. We actually have to need what we’re picking up (it’s a pesky side-effect of being budget-conscious), so we’re going to dig deeper to find actual value.
For us right now, value means something fabulous that we can use to move our winter wardrobe gradually into spring, so some feminine, bright hued tops that will work both under a jacket and later stand on their own as weather permits are a top priority.
