I have hear alot about fashion neutrals. My question is what are the colors considered the neutrals in fashion!

Answer: Technically, a neutral color is a hue without color. According to About.com, neutral colors such as black, gray, and white appear to be without color.  For example, gray can be worn with a larger number of colors than, say, green. Also neutral colors are often composed of two other neutral colors—gray is made up of black and white. Brown is a color that is often considered a neutral in fashion that isn’t made up of shades of black or white. Brown is often mixed with white to create neutral colors such as beige. So when you think of a neutral, thing of hues that can match at least 10 different colors from across the color spectrum . . .
