Last year, I was heading to Chicago to do a TV segment for the Fox news station there on thrift stores. A fab reader named Clara suggested that I check out the Disgraceland Store on Clark St. I immediately fell in love with the store, especially its huge selection of vintage jeans for normal prices ($20 and under) and its staff member Paul, who was super nice as we tore apart and rearranged his store for the shoot. I’ve been back a few times since and every time found a nice little addition to my closet for under $20.

Fast forward to this past weekend, when I received a note from Paul that, after 13 years, the store lost its lease and will be closing. They’re having a big sale, with everything in the store is at least 50% off, with most things well under $10. Sunglasses and sterling silver rings are 6 bucks. New hats are $6 to $8, plus all jeans, tops, shoes, etc are on sale as well.

Check it out:

P.S when you’re finished with Disgraceland check out the Ragstock around the corner. Love the vintage prom dresses
