Who is The Budget Fashionista?
My name is Kathryn Finney and I'm "The Budget Fashionista". In 2003, I was faced with mountains of credit card debit and student loans (damn you, Yale University), created as a result of overspending and underplanning. I knew there had to be a way to look fabulous AND pay my bills. This blog is filled with the tips, tricks, and advice I've learned on my way to becoming fashionably frugal.

When was the blog started?
The Budget Fashionista blog was started in 2003 from a love of fashion, but a lack of cash. It was one of the very first fashion blogs, and the first to put a budget-friendly spin on the latest styles and trends.

Do I have to be a member in order to post a comment?
