What We Say: We like Kohl’s thinking behind this. We hate it when we’re slapped with a 5 dollar shipping charge no matter what we purchase, and this is a fairer and cheaper way to do our shopping online. Kohl’s is a great discount department store with a large selection for every member of the family. With their Simply Vera by Vera Wang collection, we get designer clothes for low prices, too.
