A Green Bay jersey size comes in 2T, 3T, 4T, how does T relate to conventional sizes, M, L, XL etc.

In regards to US clothing sizes - is there a difference between shirts and dresses.

I have seen other websites use US sizes that range from 36-44 etc for shirts, when do I use the higher range sizes and when do I use the lower range sizes (0-10)

Thanks for the info, TBF.  Very helpful.  I would like to mention, though, that especially on the shoe-size conversion chart, users should try out various sizes.  I am a die-hard U.S. size 7 in shoes, but I have found that I am actually a size 38 in many, many European shoe makers.
