Summer’s on it’s way, and sandal season is already in full swing -- meaning your tootsies better be in good enough condition to be seen in public. Not all of us relish spending a fortune on regular salon pedicures, and there’s no reason you can’t get a good result with some of the many products available on your drugstore beauty shelves -- right? Well, that’s our theory, but we need your advice. What budget-friendly products do you swear by to turn winter-ravaged into sandal-ready?
