Beauty Trend: Bold Brows

What: Give your Tweezerman a break and let your eyebrows breathe.
What the experts say: According to brow guru Anastasia on Ellgirl.com, “While the trend now is opting for thickness, this can be done without being too bold,â€? she says. “What I always try to achieve is a very well groomed natural arch that will enhance all of your features and soften your look.”
What we say: We’re all for a full-figured furrow. All those over-plucked, barely-there brows don’t do anything for one’s face, let alone one’s schedule (who has the time to pluck all those little hairs all the time anyway?) However, we’re not talking Ugly Betty style, either. Groomed, stray-free brows with a strategically placed arch make for maximum impact. If you’re suffering from OTB (over-tweezed brows), there are plenty of pencils and brow kits out there to help you fill in the lines. Ziba Beauty makes Eyebrow Pencils in Light, Medium and Dark for $11. But no matter how full you let your brows go, don’t ever let them meet in the middle!
