Purchase quality pieces so you can wear them so many times that they practically pay for themselves. They’re basic enough to dress up or down with cheaper, trendy accessories. Then you can get your trendy clothing that will go out of style tomorrow from Forever 21 or an equally popular but lower-priced store.
