Okay, not exactly a budget shopping tip, but I was going to post this contest by Carabella that’s billed as a $5,000 fashion giveaway, only to sign up and discover that I’m entered for a $100 shopping spree. Huh? Guess I should have read all the rules—not that I’d turn away $100—I am a budget fashionista after all!—but seriously, is that misleading or what?
