According to Women’s Wear Daily, The Buckle is posting big growth numbers in a rocky economy, unlike many other low to mid level retailers in the current climate. Additionally, they note this (and I quote): “While the company targets the 12- to 24-year-old demographic, they have found that even women in their 30s and 40s are shopping the stores, especially in markets where they have been located for many years.”
I haven’t personally gone into The Buckle in years (I’m in my 30s, and I have to admit that I do pick up stuff at Aeropostale every now and then, so I’m not adverse to selectively shopping “younger” stores).
My question is: do you shop at The Buckle, and if so, why there as opposed to other similar retailers?
