Okay, my nails need help—my cuticles are a mess, and I’m plagued by hangnails. I like to keep my nails short and natural (clear polish only), but want them to look neat and manicured. I don’t, however, want to pay someone else to do it—or spend a fortune on products. Boots Balm seems to help my cuticle situation, but anyone else have suggestions on budget nail products that work?
