Hello ladies. Great to find this site. I live in a small to medium sized town in Florida that is two hours away from some really great shopping in Orlando. Although I grew up in O’town, I always thought of it as nowheresville. But over the last few years, , it has become a bustling metropolis with great shopping. The only bad thing about it is the terrible traffic. Once every few months, I go to visit my parents and go on a major shopping trip. There is only one small mall in the town I live in so everybody walks around with the same stuff on. The little boutiques that exist are run by rich doctors’ wives and are really expensive, carry labels I’ve never heard of (which is weird), and don’t ever seem to have a size above a 2. The women that run these three shops also have terrible taste. I’ve never seen such a collection of fugly shoes in my life!!! I have a lot of stuff, and I like it that way (I’m easily bored) so I love to shop. Most importantly, I love a bargain, especially if it’s a designer I like. I love TJ Maxx, but it’s the only store of it’s kind in town and there are quite a few fashionista gals around so you have to catch as catch can when you see something great! Unfortunately, I haven’t had much luck there, except with the jewelery, in quite some time. We also have Ross but that place is a wreck! Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself. I have already posted a great web find for shoes so check it out in the bargain shopping section of the forum. I’m looking forward to getting some great info and offering up some of my own “trade secrets” in return.
