Dries Van Noten brought 19th century explorers’ adventures back to vibrant life during his recent fashion show at Paris Fashion Week. He unveiled a line of exquisite fabrics, extraordinary prints and imprudent wearable clothes with a brilliant mix of colors.
It was clear from the very first outfit on the runway, that we were in for a feast of sumptuous pageantry for the day. The first look featured a pink brocade coat, with golden brocade, slim-cut, cropped trousers. Van Noten gathered most adorable silks, satins, embroideries and handwoven materials from the most far-flung areas across the world.
