As you all know Vera Wang's collection, Simply Vera, debuted at Kohl's on September 9th. In some areas it was earlier. Now it's 30% off. That includes accessories, shoes, sleepwear, etc. I should have guessed this was coming but for those who didn't want to pay the retail price now it's a good time to pick something up.

Well Gap's interest rate was like 19.6% or so while I worked there AND they made us pimp those cards like there is no tomorrow but I know of what you speak! Another option - go shopping with a friend who has the card & is willing to front you the purchases for the discount. You can give them the money when the bill comes in.

We just got the line at the Kohl's near me. I will check it out.

Nj I go with my best friend. She has a Kohls card and I do exactly what you mentioned. She buys the stuff and then I pay her back. That's how I got my Vera Wang stuff on sale with the extra 15%. She called me from the store to ask what I wanted….Talk about a personal shopper…lol!

Heeheehee…So I got the Solid Pinch Pocket Cardigan in Oatmeal Heather (I'm a cardigan girl!), the Self Belt Top in Aegean, the Plaid Ruffle top in a green grey color, if that makes any sense and finally the Demitasse Jeweled Leather ballet Flats in Graphite (these are so comfy). So far I have gotten many compliments on the ruffle top

I thought her line was nice (I think I said that in another post) but the prices were a little too much. On sale, they are great…lol! I'm so bad!

Did anyone see her on Oprah today? I thought it was great.

Good strategy because Kohl's is ALWAYS having a sale & you can seriously clean up a couple of times a year!

Actually, I went into the store over the weekend & I was not bowled over by anything. I liked her boots but they are not cut for my legs [muscular calves] so I bypassed on everything. I did get a cute lil Chaps brown corduroy tote! lol

I love Vera’s line for Kohls.  It can be pricey, but they ALWAYS have a sale going on.  Last winter I got the cutest dress coat to wear to holiday parties.  I think it was something like 40% off at the time.  I forget about this line when I am looking for pieces on a budget, thanks for the reminder!
