A good friend is turning 30 this weekend and her husband is throwing her a party at their house.  Its a casual but classy party with grilling and hanging out in the backyard.  I’m confused on what to wear….I just got these great white trouser jeans and I really want to wear them….what should I wear with it??  Help party is on Saturday!

The only problem with white trousers is that white attracts dirt. If I were you, I’d stick with dark jeans that make your legs and butt look shapely. Wear a pretty top and great earrings, and you’re good to go. Stick with flat shoes (heels will only sink into the grass), but they can be cute too. If you go with open shoes, make sure your feet look good.

Thanks for the advice!  I did end up wearing dark long jeans with cute wedges…it was a perfect outfit.  I stayed away from black and went with white…totally a good choice because the weather was beautiful and it was warm!  Thanks again!

I can see that I missed the boat on this one, but I was going to say wedges.  I’m short and I hate not having atleast a little heel on, which can be hard at summer parties.  I love a wedge.
