Where can I buy a decent slip?

I’m having a really hard time finding one that isn’t overly ornate or silly-expensive.  I want a plain, light nude-color full slip, but short.  I really don’t want it to have any “shaping” properties, either.  It seems like half the stores I checked barely sell slips anymore.  I know they are a little old-lady-ish, but I really don’t want people to be able to see through my dresses, especially at work!  Any suggestions?

Try Marshalls/TJ Maxx.. If you want to save some serious dough- head to Wal-Mart which has great slips for around $5.00 to $6.00.  You can also try Sears and JC Penney’s which have slips but they can be a bit more expensive than just heading to TJ Maxx/Marshalls

Yep on WalMart.  I bought my last two there.  One long, one short.  Slips last forever so I am good.
