I’m a haircolor addict, but I’ve gotten to where I’ve been using the same brand over and over (Clairol Natural Instincts) and with so many other products on the market, I’m looking for some advice—what home haircolor brands work great for you? Thanks!

I’m a fan of Loreal’s Feria at the moment.  I started out with Clairol but it started getting dull much to soon for my liking.  The Feria stays a lot shinier and fades out gradually.  It does cost a bit more, but in the long run is worth it in my opinion.

I like Loreal too…the hair dye kits are always easy to use and follow

I found the opposite. For me, Natural Instincts faded slower than Feria. And Garnier Fructis fades almost as fast as Feria does. Strangely enough, Loving Care fades the slowest of them all, but I like Natural Instincts the best.

I haven’t died my hair in a while now, but when I did I always used L’oreal products and was really satisfied with them.

I stick with semi/demi permanent which in my area means only Natural Instincts.  If you can shop at Sally, they have a nice selection available to public shopping.  It’s a bit of an investment initially-with the tubes, gloves and general supplies-but it can be cheaper in the long run.
