We all know budgets are tight right now, but with record numbers turning out on Black Friday, we’re thinking someone out there is still going to get a gift or two. So we’re wondering, what are you wishing for this holiday season? Are you scaling your wish list down because of the economy, or are you still dreaming big?

I would totally love an iphone from my fiance ...they are actually cheaper than some of the regular cell phones out there!

I’m hoping for a GPS system. I live an hour and a half away from the nearest big city (Indianapolis). There’s so many paces up there i want to go to but almost afraid to because it seems like every time I go to Indy I end up getting lost.

I want a cute bag for carrying my work laptop. They gave me one of those generic Dell bags, and it gets the job done but, YAWN! I want it to be able to double as a purse (or at least hold my lunch) because right now I feel like the bag lady!

My wants are small this year.  My number one want is to have my counter tiled—I know, not very fashion oriented-but VERY necessary!  I have been wanting a pair of black winter boots that are slim, mid-rise and NOT Ugg looking.  Surprisingly diffcult.  Oh and some chocolate!!

I would love a good pair of flat, to-the-knee leather boots.

My family stopped exchanging gifts years ago ( except for the children ) in order to try and get away from the consumerism. Though, this year, we have taken advantage of the enormous markdowns and probably have bought more for myself than any other year. I got two very warm long and 3/4 length coats ( that I have been saving for and wanting for years ), some deep purple leather gloves lined in cashmere ( a total extravagance at any other price ), and two days ago, my ultimate splurge - an Ann Tayor final sale with an additional 30 % off. I finally got a nice Holiday top, a couple of day tops, a striped T-shirt and a couple of pairs of beautiful casual pants - all for $104 !

Sadly, I want a much too expensive leather handbag from The Frye Company.  Have a feeling that Santa won’t be deliverying that this year…Oh, and a laptop computer.

The top of my X-Mas list is a Chanel necklace like the one that Kristen Stuart was wearing to the Twilight Q&A;at Muse…
But that is wishful thinking! :)

At the top of my Chanukah “wish list” is to have enough income so that I can buy the costume earrings and the fun cardigan that I like without having to debate about it or ask for them as Chanukah gifts. Neither one is expensive, but I’m on an embarrassingly tight budget.
