The Budget Fashionista

I’ve recently jumped on the liquid eyeliner bandwagon, and since for some reason eyeliner NEVER stays on me I am all about the waterproof. I’ve tried some other drugstore beauty aisle brands but recently picked up the Wet N’ Wild H2O liquid eyeliner, and love it. It goes on great (any smudging, etc. is pretty much my fault, because I’m still learning) and stays on.

I use the dark brown, and smudge a little brown eyeshadow on top after it dries to soften the line just a little. Just thought I’d share . . . especially because it’s only like $2.99.

For a girl who will wait out a sale anywhere for shoes.. I just can’t break down to $2.99 for something I’m going to put on my face, especially my eyes.  I’m too scary for that. I use a powder, usually a darker shade of my eyeshadow.  Recently, as a gift I’ve been using something I would never buy myself.. “She laq” by benefit.  It’s a liquid that you can use with a powder it has the appearance of a real liquid.  And the laq part… it stays!!! wow.  I haven’t had bleeding liner since.  The bottle will last for months too.  So I guess to each his own.  I’d still rather buy shoes
