The Budget Fashionista

I need your advice ladies!  My mother in law is turning 60, and I’m looking for a gift for her. Ahh, panic!! I don’t know how this assignment fell down in my lap, but I guess I must have volunteered at some point.

I’ve been to different websites, looked at jewelry, kitchen appliances, clothes but my creativity is running out!
I guess I’m leaning towards getting her a ring from a site that a friend of me recommended (http://www.davidtishbi.com, it’s the    
‘Gold Crown Champagne Ring’ in the Royal collection), I know she would love that one, but how do I figure out her ring size?
