The Budget Fashionista

1. Eligibility: TrendyorTrashy.com's Most Stylish Designer contest is open to all fashion school students and aspiring designers who think they have the most chic and unique designs.

2. How to Enter: In order to enter, designers should submit their best photos to www.trendyortrashy.com as soon as possible. The contest will last throughout the entire month of August and September. The pictures will then be subject to the critique of the site's community. Encourage everyone you know to rate your work as trendy!

3. Prizes: The highest rated picture will win the designer a:

Free month-long banner advertisement for their product line on TrendyorTrashy.com.

This is a value of $5,000.

Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

4. General: Void outside of the State of New York and where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Submission of an entry constitutes entrant's consent (or that of their parent/legal guardian should they be a minor in their state of residence) to irrevocably assign to Sponsor any and all rights to their entry including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights. Submission of an entry grants Sponsor and its agents the right to publish, produce, use, adapt, edit and/or modify the entry in any way and in any and all media, without limitation and without compensation to the entrant. By entering the Contest entrants agree to release and hold the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, including TheKBuzz LLC, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest. By participating in this program, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and acknowledge that the results are final in all respects. The potential winner(s) will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release form within seven (7) days of attempted notification. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. By accepting a prize, each winner grants to Sponsor the right to use his/her name, likeness, hometown, and biographical information, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to advertising and publicity purposes, without notice or further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. By accepting prize, each winner releases Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, including The KBuzz LLC, and their directors, officers and employees, from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participating in this Contest, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or travel to or from any prize related activity, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Contest should non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest. In such event, Sponsor may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor's representatives.
