Personally, I loved loved loved the US Olympic team uniforms, though I’ve heard mixed reviews (if you haven’t seen them, take a gander here: http://fashion.about.com/od/latesttrends/ig/Olympic-Fashion/U-S-Olympic-Team.htm).

Some criticize the look as too stuffy and uptight—which I get, but at the same time they are kind of the epitome of classic American dressing (which is why they went to Ralph Lauren to do the job to begin with obviously)—and since Americans seem to be criticized on the whole for being flashy and attention-grabbing, I like the more subtle approach.

So I dug ‘em, but what do you think? Love the look? Hate it? Completely indifferent?

I totally agree with you Angela.  I think those uniforms are very classy and very classic.  What did the critics want to see?  Baggy jeans and Sean John T-Shirts?

LOVED THE UNIFORMS TOO!!  I mean seriously, we have professional athletes representing our country!  I think they can get away with “a lilttle stuffy” as some would say.  I think Ralph was a good choice - very American.
