At any given mall, there are plenty of budget fashion options for women (Forever21, Charlotte Russe, etc.) -- not all are great quality or address all sizes, but the choices are there at least. The choices for men seems more limited. Guys I know seem to frequent Old Navy and Target, but what other stores are the good choices for guys who want to be stylish on a budget?

My male friends shop at outlets when they want to get stylish clothes on a budget. I know many who go to department stores and peruse the sales racks. Every store in the mall, including the ones you listed and also the GAP. It's even harder for them to find clothes on a budget--my friend says it's because they buy clothes less often than us.

I can believe that. I know my boyfriend doesn't buy clothes nearly as often as I do, because he feels it's a waste of resources.

I went to an outlet mall once, and it was awesome. I think the Burlington Coat Factory outlet was the best deal overall, but the FCUK store had some heavily discounted shirts as well.

Normally I just haunt Goodwill and other thrift stores.

EDIT: Also, Loehman's and Filene's Basement often have good stuff, though the latter is cheaper and has a better men's selection
