My sister is getting married in a month...in Vegas.  It is going to be a fairly laid back casual wedding.  She is wearing a champagne colored knee lenth dress...and their colors at the reception back in our hometown are chocolate, taupe and gold.  So she has asked 5 of us girls (2 sisters, a sister in law, and 2 friends) to wear chocolate to serve as “bridesmaids” kind of, but again, its very casual.  So I bought this chocolate wrap dress with a tan cami underneath....Now I need something to make it POP!  I was thinking turqoise jewelry, and shoes, or chunky earings, no necklace, and green shoes.....I don’t know....what jewelry and shoes would you suggest?  And where can I find it on a budget?  I have been looking, and haven’t found anything I love yet :(

THANKS!!!!

I think your outfit idea is great.

For shoes, I would probably recommend going for neutral shoes and letting the jewelry make the statement. Neutral shoes are inexpensive and easy to find at Payless, DSW, Target, etc. However, you can wear brightly colored shoes if you like, but they won’t be as easy to find. Turqouise jewelry would look fabulous with that outfit, and you can find great costume pieces just about anywhere.

Just remember to stick with one statement piece. Go with dramatic earrings and no necklace, or dramatic necklace and stud earrings.

Hope this helps.
