I was complaining again today (in my own head) about how annoying and cheesy-looking the Target website is (particularly the women’s clothing—those pictures are almost worse than Sears)—so this got me to wondering, what budget-friendly store has the best looking/easiest to navigate website?

I like the look of Old Navy, but my pop-up blocker goes off with nearly every page change, which is super annoying. I have to say, I think I enjoy perusing Forever21’s site the most . . .

I like Blue Fly for the ability to shop several different ways, live chat, and it’s pretty quick.  They have room for improvement for sure, but not too bad.

I really like Old Navy and Forever 21. Sometimes they have amazing items on either websites that are not avaliable in the store that are decently priced. I know that Old Navy has a new petite and tall line that is only avaliable online, which looks great for this season.

Not sure this counts since it’s not a brick-and-mortar store, but I love Fred Flare.
