What’s the verdict on wearing these in the fall and/or winter?

My opinion, for what it’s worth, is wear ‘em unless there’s snow on the ground.  I’d think the platform would insulate your foot a bit, and those are not hiking shoes anyway.  They’d be worn mainly indoors, and especially in the evening.

I’ve seen photos of women wearing open-toe shoes with opaque tights. As long as the ground is dry and it’s not bitterly cold, you should be fine.

And by the way, you should always wear open-toe slippers at home so that your feet and toes can breathe.

Thanks everyboday.  I live in Memphis, so there’s rarely any snow.  LOL Thank goodness.  I am NOT a cold weather kind of girl.

It seems like they are very big even in the fall, but sometimes the toes do get chilly!

It might work in certain parts of the country.

Dallas is a scorcher in the summer, but is great for peep toe shoes year round.  Thanks to my sister, who gave me a Target gift card for my bday (and to Angela who alerted me to these!) I just got myself a pair of .  Super cute peep toes, and super CHEAP!

i think open toed shoes are suitable for the fall but not when its too cold out. also i tend to stray away from wearing open toed shoes to work..
