What celebrity would you LIKE to see start a fashion line? Right now I can’t really think of anyone at this time....

Jodi Foster… I like her.  She seems so down to earth and simple…

America Ferrera- she looks like a real person with a real woman’s figure and she’s just beautiful. I can imagine her teaching women how to love their bodies even if those bodies do not fit society’s warped ideal.

Jodie foster? now that’s a very interesting choice.. but she’s more about being an actor than a celebrity..

I think that is why I like her.  You don’t hear all that much about her in tabloids and so on.  And she seems very simple.  But I just could not think of anyone else to put...LOL She was the first one to enter my mind.

Cate Blanchett, because she’s very elegant, and her style is very feminine.

Also, Anne Hathaway, because she’s chic without being too cool. Have to say though, sometimes her casual outfits look a bit off…

Hi,

Sandra Bullock always seems to carry herself well and stays in great shape.
I like her disposition too. She just announced an eco-friendly candle line on
Earth day this past April. She would be an interesting one.

Thanks

Terry

I second the Cate Blanchett nomination! I think she’s perfection, and I’d love to see what her line would look like.

I’d love to see a men’s line by someone like Patrick Dempsey at someplace like Target.
Yes, I could look at McDreamy all day long, and how impressed I’d be to see giant photos of him while I stroll by with my cart!

Also, a line by Salma Hayek. She’s gorgeous, and she’d design for a woman’s body.

I don’t know… I think some celebrities have great fashion sense (like Cate Blanchett!!!) but, sometimes when celebs design it isn’t that great. There is a difference between having a good fashion sense and being good at fashion (designing). Especially, since a lot of celebs do not shop for themselves or they have stylists suggest to them what to wear.

I think that Jessica Alba should design a clothing line, i love her style and she accepts the fact that people aren’t perfect. i would definitely buy the clothing if she started a clothing line.

P.S. please check out my post under designers news and views Vera Bradley

thanks
