The new season of project runway is upon us… I’m pretty excited about the new season.. How about you?

I have never been a reality show fan but I admit to being sucked in very recently to Project Runway.  I enjoy watching the process perhaps rather than the results.  Not having watched it when it first started I’m not clear on Tim Gunn’s role.  Does he help choose the initial contestants or what?  I see him more like someone who offers encouragement to the contestants but I must be missing something.

he’s more of a mentor/advisor to the contestants. he was the head of the fashion design program at Parsons School of Design and has been around for a long time, so he knows just as much, if not more, about fashion than Michael Kors and Nina Garcia,,

well, i always have high expectations on the contestants, i hope this time they meet my expectations.

I love it. I think it’s brought the issue of fashion (and looking great) back into consideration.
