...make-up remover.

I use Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser to wash my face, but it’s not intended to be a make-up remover. I need a make-up remover/wipes that are gentle/mild and work efficiently at a budget price.

What has worked best for you and where can I find it?

I LOVE the Boots wipes that cost about $6.99 for a pack of 50 or so at Target. They are gentle and removes TV make-up which is some serious stuff.

My mother swears by Noxema.. which is old school, but still great if you can stand the smell

On the Noxema topic, in the past I’ve had good luck with the Noxema Wet Cleasing Wipes as opposed to the old school cream—not so greasy/heavy. Not sure about the smell though . . . :)
