Okay, we all respect the artistic vision of designers and a reasonable amount of protection that should be afforded to their designs, BUT where is the line? Nothing should EVER be sold as a designer item when it’s not, but could tightening up such copyright laws hinder the ability of more budget lines to deliver stylish goods to the budget-restricted masses? What do you think?
