Hello everyone!

I went to the dermatologist not too long ago with a bad case of eczema on my face and he suggested I use:

--Johnson & Johnson Purpose (Bar) Soap
--Moisturel lotion

And ever since, I never looked back.

As a rule of thumb, everyone, including people with oily skin needs to be using a GENTLE cleanser.

If you have dry skin, exfoliate with AHA. A good one is AmLactin. Oily skin, BHA. Good Skin (by Kohl’s) makes a great one. It’s the emergency spot treatment, I think it’s called.

And put something with benzoyl peroxide if you have acne. A good product is Clean & Clear Persagel 10.

And since you’re exfoliating, you should shield your skin from the sun.

A good tinted moisturizer is Neutrogena Glow Sheers SPF 30?? I believe. *Either Spf 30 or 15. Anything with Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide or Avobenzone as the active sunscreen ingredient is effective.

Thanks for the great tips! I haven’t used it myself, but I understand Eucerin products are also very good for excema.
