Innersoles for shoes

Many moons ago, I bought these really sexy, funky Hale Bob heels that I’ve since worn twice. The shoes are super-sexy and unique, and I’d love to wear them more often; however, they’re uncomfortable! They wreak havoc on my fragile feet.

I need to get non-skid pads and inner soles, but I’m wondering if if innersoles will help/really work...? I haven’t had any for so long and there are so many options these days--to gel or not to gel, and all that jazz. Can you ladies help me out here, because I’d hate to spend money only to waste it on incompetent innersoles!

Hi,
YES get something and be comfortable!
I have worn stilettos, heels, etc with foot pain for so long. Just had surgery and now recovering. It isn’t worth it. If the ball of your foot is hurting, then a gel pad there will provide comfort. If it’s the strap at the back, use moleskin.

I also advise bringing comfy shoes with you to wear in the car and just put the demon beauties on as you “red carpet walk” in and out of your event. Once it’s over, kick those babies off and get back to comfort! Afterwards, take a frozen bottle of water (16 oz size) and roll your tootsies back and forth for 15 or so minutes, to cool off the arch, ball and toes.
