I'm going for a trip to charlotte north carolina, and if there are any fashionably frugal places to back to school shop, please help a fellow fashionista out… I heard of this place called belle ville, and it sounds really nice. Is it "budget" or "splurge", because I'd first rather check out my budget options, before my splurge ones… tho some nice splurge place rec's would be nice too… thanks all! loves <3

This is my side of the world. I would definitely suggest Concord Mills. It is full of different outlets with great sales and reasonable prices year round. I just went there this past weekend and spent less than $20 on 5 tshirts at the Ecko outlet. Its on the same road as the Charlotte Motor Speedway. Its actually Concord, NC but its right there on the line. The best budget shopping centers are in East Charlotte. There a bunches of strip malls. Beware of shopping in South Charlotte and in Huntersville there is a brand new very high end mall. Have fun!!!!

OH yeah, I forgot to tell you if you can a little further down than Waxhaw, cross the border to Gaffney,SC and go to the Gaffney outlets.
