Former head designer of Geoffrey Beene and a product of Parson’s School of Design, Chung started her own label in 2001. Since then she has been recognized by the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) with the Swarovski Perry Ellis Award for emerging talent in womenswear and winning Council of Fashion Designers of America/Vogue Fashion Fund Award in 2006.
