Rumor has it that Phoebe Philo, the former head of post-Stella-McCartney Chloe and current consultant to Gap Europe, may be designing a limited edition line of clothes for the struggling retailer. The Gap launch a very limited edition line, primarily in Europe, with designer Roland Mouret last year.
